Banana Chia Seed Pudding | Healthy Recipe | To Have Good Health Without Lose Weight

hi guys so today we’re gonna be making banana chia seed pudding and I’ve never made this before and I’ve never really had chia seed sometimes I’ll put him like in my smoothies but I’ve never ever ever made this kind of pudding so what we need is obvious a banana she you see it’s great my camera’s gonna die 1/3 cup of milk and you wanna be cameras gonna die and I jar to put it in so we’re gonna smash the banana up alright let me smash bananas quickly like that and then you have to put it in fridge it overnight for 24 I mean I’m gonna do 24 hours but it just goes like overnight

and then you add the milk to it and then I’m gonna do one scoop of chia seeds and then you mix it all up okay maybe a little add a little bit more how much weight can you lose fasting for 7 days cheese seeds and then you put it you know obviously in the fridge overnight you cover it I assume that the chia seeds like get bigger I’m gonna tell you tomorrow oh and you can use any milky you’re choosing I would have used vanilla almond milk but unfortunately we do not have any so I just use organic I know but I would prefer almond milk men lose weight faster than women at night so I guess I don’t want to spell it I guess that’s what it’s supposed to look like



so I’m gonna piss in the fridge and I will see you guys tomorrow and hopefully this so I will see you guys tomorrow when I try this I mean it smells good and the bananas supposed to like make it

sweet so we’ll see you about this tomorrow hi everyone so it’s the next day and this is what it looks like I’m just using some coconut chips guys lose weight faster brakes make it mass and I’m also gonna put honey on it to make it a little sweeter and I still didn’t charge my camera so let me just take a quick bite a little bit nervous guys that’s what it looks like though I’m sorry about that guys my camera died but anyways so I mean just explained to you the texture was a little bit weird but the flavor overall is really good but if you don’t like certain textures he probably will not like that it’s like I don’t even know how to explain it’s just a weird texture but if I had fruit I probably would have cut up some fruit there on top and it would’ve made it taste a little bit better but unfortunately my food storage fruit because everyone’s hoarding everything but anyway my daughter liked it too so that’s just a healthy alternative I guess for regular pudding or if you just want to try something different I recommend at least trying it because do you lose weight intermittent fasting it’s the only way you’ll know if you like it or not right anyway so I’m gonna end this video now and don’t forget to comment like and subscribe and also comment down below some article suggestions that you guys might have or want me to do and I will see you guys in the next article
